Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 3 working days. Delivery is done by different vendors who use different couriers. Thus, delivery times may vary from product category to product category. Most vendors will provide tracking numbers for the packages. Make sure your write it done and follow the parcel.

VAT issues

VAT charges differ from country to country. We don't have the possibility to collect VAT for each of the different countries where we have members. Therefore, it is the client's responsibility to pay VAT charges if there are any.
