Are you shipping worldwide ?

Some of the products are shipped worldwide while for others we don't have the logistics set up yet.If you wish to know if a certain product is shipped to your country ,please look at the Shipping available for part of the product page. Once you hover above the products with your mouse you will see a list of countries where the product can be shipped to.

What are the shipping costs ?

We calculate shipping differently for different product categories. Some products such as cosmetics are calculated by weight, while others such as mobile phone, per piece.To find out your shipping costs please add the products into your shopping cart.

Do I have to pay VAT if I purchase an iPad, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy Tab or other phones?

Unfortunately, if you are from within European Union you may need to pay VAT or Customs because the products are delivered from outside Europe.

Do I need to pay VAT or import taxes ?

VAT charges differ from country to country. We don't have the possibility to collect VAT for each of the different countries where we have members. Therefore, it is the client's responsibility to pay VAT charges if there are any.

Always check your local laws before shopping on an online shop to make sure you know your rights and obligations.

All customs charges are the responsibility of the client.

No custom charges apply for parcels delivered within the EU community.

Do you accept returns ?

We accept return of item(s) within a period of 14 days from date you received the item(s).

Items must be in its original box/package.

Item must not be damaged.

Clothing must have their label attached.

We will not accept returns of underwear, jewelry, earphones or any other item that comes in direct contact with human skin when used.

We can't accept returns of Mobile phones. Mobile phones will only be accepted if they arrive DOA ( Damaged on arrival ) . DOA Mobile phones must be announced to support at returns @sitetalkmall.com within 3 days of arrival.

Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE RETURN.Please contact returns @ sitetalkmall.com and let us know what the issue is. You will then receive a returning address.

Do you offer Warranty for the products ?

All items come with a minimum of one year warranty by the seller or manufacturer.
