Returns

• We accept return of item(s) within  a period of 14 days from date you received the item(s).
• Items must be in its original box/package.
• Item must not be damaged.
• Clothing must have their label attached.
• We will not accept returns of underwear, jewelry, earphones  or any other item that comes in direct contact with human skin when used.
• We can’t accept returns of Mobile phones. Mobile phones will only be accepted if they arrive DOA ( Damaged on arrival ) . DOA Mobile phones must be announced to support at returns @sitetalkmall.com
• Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer.
• ALL  RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE RETURN.Please contact returns @ sitetalkmall.com and let us know what the issue is. You will then receive a returning address.
